Answer: PCM Electric performs 24 Hour Emergency Service, bucket truck work, maintenance and new installations for property managed commercial and multi-family residential properties. Our services include: generator installation and maintenance, LED lighting upgrades and installation, lightning rod installation, pole light maintenance with our bucket truck, IR scanning, aluminum wiring remediation, night inspections, meter stack replacements, and preventive maintenance to name a few.


Question: What type of preventive maintenance work do you perform?

Answer: Preventive maintenance refers to any type of work that helps prevent failure of existing electrical, while also preventing injury or death to technicians, engineers, or tenants working on the equipment. Some types of preventive maintenance include infrared scanning, arc flash surveys, monthly night inspection surveys, lightning rod installation, tighten ups and regular cleanings.


Question: What geographical areas does PCM Electric provide service to?

Answer: PCM Electric performs service and project work in Maryland, D.C. and Northern Virginia. Our Cell Tower Division is currently operating in 11 states throughout the mid-Atlantic and central states.


Question: Does PCM Electric work with the lighting rebate programs?

Answer: Yes, PCM Electric regularly performs lighting and efficiency audits for lighting upgrades, while working closely with current BGE, Pepco, and DCSEU rebate programs to ensure each audit has the maximum rebate available, and the best return on investment possible. PCM Electric also has the experience and the staffing available to handle all the paperwork and details associated with rebate programs, making for worry free payback on all lighting projects.
