Situation: Combined Properties needed significant concrete repairs to 12 of their retail centers throughout Maryland, DC, and Virginia. Their tenants needed to remain open and have minimum disruption to their business to remain open and in full operation. There was an obvious need for detailed and accurate scheduling, timely execution, and attention to detail. PCM was asked to deliver this capital improvement project on time and to ensure that consumers and tenants remained safe and able to continue with normal operations throughout.
